Why do we have empathy towards overweight people?

I constantly see ppl online and irl say fat people are beutiful, kr that bodies are meant to look like that (goes to both men and women). Just their obnoxiously wrong takes infuriate me. It is very obvious that people are naturally meant to be lean, maybe have some fat in their body for insulation and such, but not qm excess amount to the point where it begins to impact your life. Continously, people often claim syndromes and disease for their conditions, but half the time those same diseases are caused by a bad diet and horrible day. I think the world should grow a universal hatred of fat people and not tolerate it to any extent.

We can feel bad. I feel bad for paralyzed people because they cant experience life to its fullest, but I dont understand why we are promoting the obesity pandemic by claiming that fat bodies are attractive (especially online gooner pervs who say they like pudgy bodies). Being fat is just pure filth and disgusting.

if we stop empathizing with fat people they will either change for the better or they will die. When all the fat people die off the social concept of fat acceptance will die off mostly too, and the world will prosper.

Im afraid to say those but yeah, fat people have two choices they should commit to, improving or die. Im not sure about disabled ppl but I think they shouldn't be born, not only for our sake but also so they don't suffer in their life.
