Why do we judge others?

I used to be judgemental brah. I used to subconsciously judge drug addicts and vape addicts for being low iq retards.

But as ive got older ive realised

How can we judge when we have similar addictions, just more subtle?

How can i judge when i have a phone addiction, a .org addiction, a somewhat porn addiction(im still in denial)
