I think it affects eyebrows too. My dad has more positively tilted ones when he was like 13, now they're neutral.
 
people also get hooding as they age, elastin loss sags the skin around the supraorbitals, that's why they perform blepharoplasty. But it can also be fat loss with age that the eyes lose hooding.
