Why do we not factor head tilt in accuracy?

Everyone says Vinnie hacker has nct but to me it looks like he’s tilting his head back alot

For me it’s hard to tell because when I posted myself on here before, people said I had nct but in reality my head was tilted way tf back so nobody saw what I look like with Frankfurt plane head tilt

when he tilts his head down (or maybe neutral) his nct is fixed
