Why do weakness, resentment and "empathy" come together?

I guess this is more of a philosophical problem…

I’ve noticed that the most social justice minded people are often also weaker in some way, either they are women, fags, belong to some group that historically sucked or just from bad broken homes.

These people often are very focused on caring or pretending to care for those who are oppressed. Yet they also have huge anger towards anything more successful. It’s like they actually don’t care or have any interest in how people or cultures actually become better or excellent.

It’s like they point all their anger towards what they see as an imperfect and unfair world towards those that are either healthier, more well connected, or successful.

Why do these traits come together so often? You’d think if they were truly empathetic they would see that others have the capacity to be so as well and they would see that actually by becoming successful, raising good homes etc they could help the world even better and they might realize that those who end up at the bottom did in some way play a role if not directly then to do with their moral or intelligence failings.

Why can’t these people appreciate the underlying order in the world and at least not be so deeply spiteful?

Where does this leave the world if the majority of people see “helping the oppressed” as the most worthy goal without understanding the greater patterns as to why someone ends up at the bottom or top?

If you kiss people's ass, you will get things

If you suck the rich people off, you will move ahead in life

If you keep your opinions to yourself and only mimic your masters', you will succeed

The weak are powerless, so they look for power by doing the only thing they can, turning their weakness and inability into some noble “virtue”

This “empathy” they feel toward each other exclusively isn’t actually empathy, it’s a performance put on to assert and justify their self righteous worldview

Many such cases

It’s the problem with feminism and communism

Feel good ‘inherent value’ and based off of envy
