You need to filter who can migrate and who can’t. African migrants in Russia don’t do crimes because it’s not as easy to migrate here + many people just want to study here. I use "the jews" as an ironic epithet for a specific faction of liberal zionists who have poured significant financial and political resources into progressing what you would generalise as "woke" agenda (a faction, I might add, that have recently begun switching sides and funding the populist right). I'm under no illusions about what jews are, although maybe it seems you still are.
