in the bible it says the demons and satan actually look atrractive and gorgeous to incite men into sin but the angels and jesus actually look terrifying which is why in one verse jesus had to calm down spartan warriors who ran from jesus in terror because of how scary he looked same as angels who say do not be afraid

its because they need to look scary in order to intimidate sinners
