Indo Aryans are not white but they are related,
Afghans are not Whire, chechens is debatable but they look pale AF and thus IMO white. I’m gonna assume japs was a meme.
Blacks are technically “stronger” but their proportions make and joints make it harder for them to carry out strength feats for as long as euros can. Whites have more stockier joints and more muscle endurance so they can lift weight for longer periods and that’s important in strongman. Also long torsos and taller height etc etc.

Polynesians may be better at lifting than white but they are shorter so I dunno either way it’s between those 2 as blacks just lack the body morphology despite having more muscle mass
