Why do women attempt suicide more, but men commit suicide more?

If you look at the studies women attempt suicide at a 3 to 1 rate compared to men, however men account for about 80% of suicides. What's the reasoning behind this disparity?

Yeah and she failed, seems it takes 15 500mg tablets (on the lower end could take up to 200mg/kg) to start causing toxicity in a female of average weight, and who knows for actual death
