What actually is happening in those situations is annoyance, rather than "guilt". Foids already know by default if someone has a fulfilling sex life based on their looks alone. Whats the worse possible situation even moreso than encountering an unattractive guy, and unattractive guy who voices his struggles. Foids can't handle it when people nip away at the "innocent angle" image that society has built up for them (because obviously they like benefitting from it.).
