This manlet hate seems to be a primarily American thing and probably fueled by feminists' hate for men in general. Where I am from manlets don't get as much hate / disdain from females.

Might i append, it’s the biggest [immediately apparent] signal of dominance. Average height dominant men certainly exist (intelligent, driven, good looking) but that is harder to notice than stature, which is registered immediately by the primal brain when a human sees another human and decides whether to classify them as a threat

I can't be the only one that noticed that 95% of all female insults have to do with sex and sexual prowess. Refrains like "you're unfuckable and have a small dick" are so common that it's almost a joke. I think that it's because women only see value through sex and being desired. If she doesn't desire you or if you aren't having sex then that means that you must be worthless according to them.

Even when you objectively are having sex or are even fucking MARRIED like the OP's pic, it's all they resort to because they don't have the wit or emotional intelligence to verbalize their criticisms. It's ridiculous.

Being tall was a survival advantage (at least for men) for most of human history, because it gives you greater reach in a fight, more muscle mass, makes you more intimidating, etc. Natural selection for height led to sexual selection in height since the women that were attracted to tall men would have had an evolutionary advantage over other women. Because sexual attraction is largely instinctual it still persists to this day even as the benefits of being tall have somewhat decreased due to technological and economic development. There might also be some elements of a Fisherian runaway involved.

The reason why women hate manlets is because of these instincts interacting with their other behaviors, like being very picky about the men they find attractive and the safety that modern society provides which means there's not much reason for women to not act on their impulses. All of this is also further amplified by modern Western and especially American culture, seeing how height is a much bigger deal over there than in most other countries.

It is definitely not the same everywhere, in EE a lot of mini ogres are slayers, those ones that they have wide frames and gl / masculine faces. Here women don't hate manlets as much as American foids that generally hate men that don't look good and aren't rich. Of course if the manlet has a childlike frame, that is another story, he is fucked everywhere.
