Why do women have this horizontal line on side profile but usually never men?

I’ve noticed outside too that this line is very common in females even when they don’t wear make up and don’t have lean face

My theory is that masseter muscle is smaller, check out your masseter muscle just under cheekbones.
Also they probably have more narrow cheekbones

I get what you mean, it's probably because of different evolutional needs for survival, that's my another guess, it surely has to do something with it
