Why do women lie about reasons they watch true crime?

In the comments of this youtube video about why women love true crime, all the women are saying its for "educational purposes", but its clearly not. They make edits of serial killers and studies show that gang members, pyscopaths are favoured by women way more than normal guys.

So why do they feel the need to lie even in spaces dominated by women? Is it so they don't lose social proof and ruin the "women are wonderful" affect. Do some genuinely watch it for education?

Because they feel guilty that their cuntholes get wet like a water park during videos or articles detailing grisly murders at the hands of a sick violent robust killer.

Women love violence and brutality. They’d rather fuck a child predator than fuck a man who cured cancer.
