Women (people) with rape fantasies in which they're the victim don't want to be raped. They find some aspect of at least one imagined scenario in which they are raped arousing. The thing you might find arousing is almost always overwhelming countered by the other things about rape which are extremely unappealing. Obviously one such thing is the danger if such a situation were to occur in real life, but there could be any number of factors.
The benefit of acting out a fantasy, either through pornography or play, is that you can isolate the arousing thing from the negative thing. There is (ideally) no danger posed to you in a situation.
