Not really, height is Giga Cope, and is a psyop pushed unironically by insecure klinefelters copers (literally a disorder that makes you taller, have a small frame, and a tiny penis and double digit IQ so they have to cope with height) and never been a problem for me even in irl relationships I have had with girls taller than me. Obviously height can matter for first impressions with some normie shit though like jobs, which is why I always wear elevator boots if I actually manage to get an interview, often times end up frame mogging everyone when i'm 5'10 larped.

In my experience, and just factually speaking:

Weight/Subhuman Body is far more detrimental than height, same with face of course.
