I think esr is the only thing you can realistically measure. Its extremely hard to measure your own IPD and even someone elses its tough because the nose blocks you from getting a flat measurement, youd need someone to use calipers on you

IPD/bizygomatic width I think. So pupil to pupil divided by zygo to zygo length
