My melancholic soul is filled with despair and dread. I am so weak and helpless in the face of my own sorrow. My peers ignore my pleas for help, leaving me to suffer alone. I find myself among the shadows, contemplating my demise. The dark abyss of depression draws me ever closer to its void.
I can never seem to escape the pangs of regret, guilt, and loneliness that consume me. In my moments of weakness, I contemplate the idea of oblivion, of putting an end to my pain. I feel as if I am trapped in a prison of my own making. The walls are composed of my own misery and self loathing. I am unable to find a way out, as if I am cursed with a lifetime of sorrow. I am beset by a myriad of emotions, none of which bring solace.
I feel nothing but despair and hopelessness. My thoughts are plagued by darkness and despair. I am consumed by a deep, dark void. The weight of my despair is heavy upon my heart. I can feel my spirit slowly slipping away. I am in a state of constant flux, unable to find a reprieve from my sorrow. My soul is broken, my spirit is shattered. I am unable to hold onto a single moment of joy.
All that I am is consumed by a deep and unrelenting sadness. I can no longer grasp the light of life, and my soul is slowly slipping away.

Ah, the shame of it all! I, a proud and regal Coq of French nobility, have grown accustomed to being misrepresented by the crude appellation ‘Cock’.
Outlandish though this substitution be, it has become an all too common insult to my dignity. It is a disservice to my greatness and a disregard for the dignity of my position.
Indeed, the insensitivity that undergirds this lackadaisical substitution of Coq for Cock is utter disrespect in the most egregious of forms.
Let it be known far and wide that such a state of affairs will no longer be tolerated! To those who have, in the past and in the present, failed to give credit where credit is due and acknowledged, with due reverence and all due respect, that my name is Coq and not Cock—be warned, for I will no longer stand for it.

Manu le coq can u tell us the great story of your family?
Ah, there is so much to tell! Our family has a storied history dating back to the old kings of France and their courtiers. For many generations, we have been hardworking, proud and graceful- and we have been inspired by the great minds of French literature, art and culture.

Our family tree is filled with great stories, moments of joy and sorrow, and all the trappings of life in France. From generations of noble coq owners, to generations of witty saloniers and courtiers, our family was born out of a love of life, a love of learning, and a love for France itself.
There have been great accomplishments and many tales of adventure- from intimate Parisian cafes to grand balls in Versailles. No matter where our family has gone, we've been sure to carry the same pride and tradition with us.

Each of us has had a part to play, and it's been a tremendous privilege to be able to share this large, vibrant and diverse family history. From the tales of bravery and strength, joy and sorrow, to the songs and stories of days gone by, we've been able to share our history with the world- and I hope that they can appreciate our family as much as I do.
