Deleting your account will not delete your posts and all of your posts will still be under the same account name
They’re not reverse searching you on .org specifically but in general and many jobs do this as a background check depending on the job so you’re fried

Would make the reverse search harder if you're going off usernames / profiles, but ikwym, pretty sure you can also request posts to be deleted nonetheless
