Yeah since I speak Portuguese and English fluently and without an accent whenever I travel to Brazil and the US I blend in and people think I'm a local. In my opinion knowing the vernacular is the most important thing.

Argentina has an unstable economy & currency, so as long as your salary is paid in USD and not ARS then you're good. There's no organized crime or drug cartels in Buenos Aires, at most you have individual robbers who may assault you but it's very unlikely (never happened to me) and even less if you're a man. Guns are unheard of. Middle and middle-upper class neighborhoods (not even gated communities) are very safe and have great schools and buildings. The thing with Argentina is the social classes are very distinguished. Middle and upper class people live well, but poor people are mostly fucked. It's a mediocre country economically, 2nd world, not bad but not amazing either. Very high human development index though. Socially it's a very good nation IMO, people are fun to hang out with and women aren't retarded and superfluous like in the US for example. Great sports culture too.
