Why does b12 increase appetite

i injected vit b12 today to boost appetite and ive been really hungry, started cold sweating earlier because i was so hungry.

this is good but anyone know the cause of the appetite boost? Does it just have a direct effect on the brain’s hunger center or is it because of RBC production..

I eat meat so dont think im b12 deficient...

Guys on bodybuilding forums usually recommend b12 injections for appetite thats why i bought it. But i dont understand how it actually works to boost appetite
