why does chewing gum ascend me

why does it instantly ascend me ? is it because it gives a pump to my jaw or does it debloat my jaw area? because my face looks less bloated now after chewing mastic gum

Means you have good jaw angularity (prob lacking width however). Chewing is a band aid solution if you have ok bone structure.

My theory is that unless you NEED more masseter, incisor chewing is the way to go. Molar chewing can make a face overly round.

This is true..molar chewing only gave me potato jaw after so i quit it

I think Incisor chewing puts more pressure on the front of the face. I even feel it on the forehead. Also, molar chewing gives me a crazy pump all over the sides of my face. That was a hint to me to be careful, as you don't want crazy development there

Lastly, I think gum-chewing encourages chewing for hours, too long in my opinion. I think short bursts of intensity, such as when biting on a towel is superior training. Makes muscles sharper.

Went through your posting history and saw many legit posts.. Defo agree on dermarolling, i alone am using it a lot, finasteride and gymcelling
U seems also dont like Doomers from some reason..

Have you noticed any results from towel biting? Like better developed masseters?

I heard incisors chewing can give you an open bite or fuck your teeth in some way , i think premolar/barely canines chewing is better in every way than incisors and molars when it comes to safety and not looking like a circle
