I've seen posts calling him a demon, jew, shit human and other derogatory remarks.
Looking at pictures of him, he does look like an evil demon goblin of some sort. Nevertheless, can someone explain to me why people dislike him

AFAIK he has a reputation of giving you exactly what you want, which kinda is a double edged sword because most people usually don't know too much about facial aesthetics. It's kinda like the opposite of Yaremchuk, who reportedly is very reticent to patient's input (better to have a middle ground I guess, where you can give input on what you actually want but the surgeon advices you in terms of how bad or good it could look like).

He reportedly leaked a Saiyan's details and personal info to a magazine, and Saiyan sued or was in the process of suing him because of leaking his personal info to a third party.

On the flip side, he is very generous with his time and if you ask him a question via email on any of his websites, he answers it quickly and to the point, without wasting your time. Of course for more info a properly paid consult is needed, but I was very surprised that he not only answered my question in the first place, but also did it with useful info and in a very concise way.
