Just pick a hobby, it doesn't have to be something mainstream, do it for yourself not for the normies - taxidermy, bird watching, collecting insects, etc.

I have to be honest. I play guitar am probably the type of person you are talking about. Usually the reason why people have so many hobbies is because their parents forced their kids into doing hobbies like my parents did for example
