Why does everyone with ptosis in one eye always seem to be a massive weirdo?

To preface I have moderate ptosis in my left eye and I am admittedly an autistic degenerate creepy weirdo, but the thing is every other creepy perverted "weirdo" I've met irl or seen online has some degree of ptosis in one of their eyes, it's always unilateral ptosis too like the other eye is normal, it's become so much of a pattern that I've started using as an identifier of who is a creepy weirdo, like those old men who comment creepy shit on young foids pictures, I've noticed an overwhelming majority of them have unilateral ptosis, seriously what's going on with this? Is there a correlation or am I losing my mind?
