Why does eye asymtry look worse again

I wasnt seeing so good like i had some black points in my eye and now all of sudden my eye asymetry is much more worse again like one eye is much mote bigger than the other one and i dont knoe why it wss better before way better what happened 🫩🫩

Nah actual eye or maybe both in the picute it was there before but not that hard i had fixed it a lil and now its worse again

I dont know because i could look worse for like 1 hour and afterwards it was this bad . Is it over for me ?
