alright bro heres a FULL GUIDE since i see ure a stonecold TRVECEL so listen UP , guide for eyecontact :
•if ure talking to a friend keep eye contact occasionally but not always since they will probably just make a joke about u being gay or something(depends on the type of friends u have or if u have any at all)
•if ure talking to an older man about weather or idk some offtopic shit preferably hold eyecontact because its seen as a sign of respect and they grew up with strict rules and manners
•if a girl approached u for off topic things , directions to class , homework , look in her eyes while talking to her , just try not to seem like a creep with it( i hope it makes sense??)
but at the end of the day ure not REQUIRED to hold eyecontact this is only if u want to improve ur social status and/or be more outgoing and get out of ur shell. u can always listen to @first snow and not change ur ways but lets be honest no one wants to be 30 and not even be able to hold eyecontact and seem like a retarded fag
