I’ve noticed that you can have bones as long and wide as you want (in cm), but if someone else is fat, they can look bigger than you.
If you’re very lean, even with giant bones, you’ll always appear smaller than someone with fat in the face.

Fat gives the skull more depth
But a wide or long skull will look big in real life no matter if you're lean or fat
In my case my gonions are too wide, making my skull look bigger than it should be.

Fat add width
Doesn't apply to me I'm lean and my skull has the same width just less fat. Only boneless people suffer this. Width is determined by bones structure. A fat face looks more bloated like an sphere.
