fruits because theres many pesticides in the skin and theyre man-made not natural fruits etc.. and not many nutrients, its just a bit of sugar and water

vegetables because theres next to no nutrients, and vegetables evolved to make antinutrients/poison to stop things from eating them since they dont have the skin that fruit does, hence the bad taste from the mild poison
