can the average person really make gains long-term while staying the exact same weight ie maingaining? Sounds like a larp and no one in the fitness industry really agrees.

He is the most reasonable fitness influencer. Does not hide he is using PEDs. Straightforward dude.

Also manlet, so he know what pain is like.

Also, there is simply NO scientific evidence, that says you cannot gain muscle while losing weight...

Everyone who "bulks" looks worse and lose their face leanness which is the most important part about being attractive. All these normies who fall for the "muh bulk" meme, eat everything in sight and look fucking worse. When all you need to do is just be in a small surplus, you'll gain muscle slower, but who gives a shit, better than looking like a fat fuck

Cause you can’t say the same stuff as everyone else and expect to stand out, it’s all a marketing game. Greg built his physique off bulk and cutting himself

Bulking is useless after a certain point In your training career or unless you are severely underweight. I've been training for 10 years and bulking will only make you fat. Maintaining will give you the little muscle you can gain in the long run after you are intermediate.

Maingaining doesn't exist. There is only deficit, maintenance and surplus. Maingaining was a word created to market a "slight surplus" to create content all over again. Any sort of surplus is still considered a bulk even if it is only 20-30 calories over your maintenance.
Over span of 3 years, a guy who bulks most of that time gains 20 pounds of muscle and the guy who "maingains" gains 6 pounds of muscle.

What I'm doing rn is making my first bulk heavy till I reach a decent foundation I'm happy with and from there on I won't bulk as hard. Once you've done all the hard work cutting down is usually considered the easy period by most of the people in the fitness industry.

You do lose a lot of face leanness and look worse which I actually am a victim of right now. It's just a period most people have to go trough. Attraction wise I've heard girls say sentences along the lines of "he just can't look like a stick" or "he has to be bigger than me" or "dad pod over a skinny guy because at least I feel smaller". So I guess bulking up heavily and going trough that rough period in the start will be worth it in the end.

You only need to be in a slight surplus for optimal muscle growth. This advice of not gaining too much fat is crucial for SMV also. Getting fat will lower your SMV as you bulk. Just lean bulk and the cuts aren't as extreme then. Eat in 200 calorie surplus for the bulk and eat in a 200-500 defecit for the cut. Very simple.

That's exactly what I think as well. They just create a new word for a thing that already exists and then market it as a new thing. Sort of like if I started calling "mewing" something else all of a sudden.
