Every second day i do 45 pushups, 60 situps, 36 biceps curls on each arm and i do the plank for few minutes. Im eating well few eggs and chiken everyday together with otherstuff and i drink protein shake but do i have subhuman genetics or why wont my body grow?

likely because your weak structure before had muscles holding it together that you have ended up tearing, and you now have no structural muscles.

think of it like shedding skin. just keep packing on.

Progressive overload and fucking EAT. Ultra high reps on low weight/bodyweight is basically just cardio. 4-8 reps on the compound lifts is ideal.

Yes bodyweight training, is a good place to start when you're too young to go to the gym. At some point if you want to continue bodyweight training you'll have to do like 50 push ups a set for 5 sets, its not really optimal. With Weightlifting you can just add enough weight which you can do for 8-12 reps, keep in mind you'll have to actually push your self, the last few reps should be pretty painful/hard, thats the only way you'll reach maximum muscle growth. Start with squat, bench press, overhead press and a bit of deadlifting but deadlifts are not really necessary. Do like 3-5 sets of each exercise like for example 8 reps of like 40kg for 4 sets. Watch on youtube basic 5x5 but don't do 5 reps because its too intense for a beginner and requires pretty decent technique.

Edit: And btw for the nutrition don't just fucking "EAT" track your calories and eat enough that you gain about 1-2kg MAXIMUM a month (About 2-4 pounds) You dont wanna get fat, trust me. There's only a certain amount of muscle you can build per month, all those extra calories will just go to fat, which you'll have to burn at some point. Oh and do pull ups and face pulls too, or you'll end up like this

you need to eat more, friend.
diet is 80% of the work related to gymmaxxing.
make sure you get enough protein, usually a 1:1 ratio of protein:bodyweight (in lbs) is something to aim for. so if you're 150lbs, you want to try and hit 150g of protein everyday.

would really recommend moving away from bodyweight exercises and into the gym if you can to maximise those intial noob gains.
3 days a week would be perfect.
find your baseline for each exercise and learn good technique and posture.
in contrary to what the dude above me said, 5x5 is a good starting point. doing less reps with heavier weights is good to help you build strength, but its not always the best for getting bigger. that said, going over 10 reps is pretty pointless, and you end up with diminishing returns.
do squats, bench press, shoulder press, and either rows or pullups. smash out some situps too if you're keen.

if you're consistent enough, you should see some very good progress.
after 3-4 months you can also start adding more isolation exercises, but thats a while a way.

feel free to message if you've got any questions too.
