Why does jutting help so much with SFS?

no i have compact facial thirds, when i was younger my jaw visibility was awful so i did it

Same, although I have massive lower face fat and still look subhuman.

I cant even jut cause my chin is overprojected when my mouth is fully closed, just gotta leave me mouth open 100% of the time until I can get a jaw downgraft
