The only sustainable way for me to take this shit is to wait until the end of the day. If I take it earlier it's impossible to resist the urge to redose later, but resisting the urge to take it at all and waiting until 5-6pm isn't hard. After work is the main time when I want to unwind and boot up on kratom anyways. But even taking it 4-5 hours before I go to sleep, the shit makes my sleep interrupted as hell, and turns me into a zombie the next day. I don't even get the crazy dreams anymore either. Gay Asl
