Why does looking at penises make me so uncomfortable

Whenever im erect and see all the veins etching through my skin i start to cringe and have to look away

Thinking about my penis frenulums too also makes me cringe, its so thin and incredibly sensitive its gross. i imagine scratching it with your nail would feel more painful than getting your arm chopped off
