Selection bias. The types of kids who choose to go to college in Miami do so for the beach, nightlife, and other degen shit. That filters for wealthier families because the tuition is so high, and those families gave their children better nutrition, so they grew taller and orthodontist-maxxed their jaws.

umiami is a very expensive university in the us. People that are rich enough to afford to go here come from rich/good looking families. They have access to the best treatment and food so they develop well. This is true for most top universities in the US.
