Why does my entire face change in different lighting?

This shit genuinely bothers me so much. At home, or any inside environment I usually feel good about my appearance. As soon as I get outside that changes, I look so different. It’s ruining my confidence to the point I only go outside in the forest, and avoid more populated areas. If anyone knows why this might be happening please help
