Why does my face have a built in expression

I hate that sometimes when I talk to people completely normal or sometimes even in a happy mood they say I look sad

It’s actually so annoying like one time I was just walking through the school halls and randomly like I was just minding my own business literally in a happy mood in the middle of the day with a normal resting face expression some random teacher ive never talked to before just looks at me and says “are you okay?” But it was like in thinking that I looked sad or smth like that

This annoys me so much cu it’s just my resting expression so that must be how everyone sees me as sad

Don’t get me wrong I am decently high inhib but my face usually just looks pretty normal in expression not sad nor angry to me but people always say I look sad and it pisses me off

Does anyone know differant facial features thwt make u look more sad like differant type of eyes or smth that make u look like this

I’m well above ltn like mtn to hmtn I just have no idea why people think this

It could be that that teacher that said thwt was pretty sunshine and rainbows ahh teacher but idk it sucks like this

Me too. I had that same issue. You just have to force yourself to be more expressive. You gotta open your eyes more, use your eyebrows, always have a neutral to joyful look when talking to normies.
