Why does my face look bad from front but decent from side?

I'm a 16 year old male. My face looks very fat and puffy (though I'm underweight) but looks pretty lean from the sides. My forward growth from sides look decent but from the front it just doesn't look good. I look like a child from the front but grown from my sides. Why is so? How do I fix it?

Yeah try debloating and lose fat for now as much as u can. Also it goes away naturally at your 18-22
