I leave home with incredible skin volume and when I come back in the evening it looks like a saggy 60yo empty balloon.Avoid fruits, vegetables and potassium and eat a shitload of salt and processed foods every day. Also never drink water and stay away from exercise.

That‘s just water retention which subsides as the day progresses. One thing you should do though is increase your vitamin C intake (read my guide).
