Can I make up for my face doing all of this?

So for context my face is like mtn and probably can never get much higher even after the rhino and kerato I get. so if I get great colouring, tanned skin, green eyes and black eyebrows/eyelashes, get to 220 lean and im 6'4 could all of this make up and allow me to have success with my looks?
