why does my face look fat when i smile

is it the muscle on my cheeks that are too big or something?

with a neutral face, my face is very slim, my cheeks are hollow and my skin is tight , no face fat, no bloat

when i smile it changes the complete structure and my face looks fully round and i forget that sometimes and so i smile in photos people are taking of me then i look and i get so fucking mad

when i don’t smile in the photos i look fine.

too much face fat. You can have a long face that makes it look okay because the fat pad is stretched out but when you smile you just push all the buccal fat together
