Why does my face look ok but when I move my face it looks ugly?

Like my face has good aesthetics but when I smile for example it looks ugly or when I talk I look very ugly

I’m autistic so I have shit motor skills maybe that’s the reason? Maybe I can train my face muscles to not look autistic?
