Why does my face look so different?

So looking at the mirror i think my face looks good, on my front camera it looks okay and on my back camera it looks horrible. Why is this? Also i tried taking a picture the way it guides to do on the ”#how to take rating photo” thread and i looked so disgusting that i didn’t even want to post it. Is that really how ugly i am because i thought i look decent

You look more-or-less the same. It's because your brain is not used to seeing your face flipped. Very common. You are always a mix of what you think to be your best and worst looking self

Lend distortion is a real thing..

Sometimes I’m with hot girls and then they open their front camera and they look like absolute gremlins on they phone in comparison to their irl face

Maybe it’s also a mental thing who knows

Most my friends say I look the same as I look in the mirror and it’s the same when I look at them irl and then in the mirror maybe a slight flip can be noticed if u look for long enough but very minimal u have to have like very severe assymetris for someone to just spot it straight away cuz u have to remember no one knows what u look inverted so there’s nothing to compare it to
