Why does my facial height seem to change at different distances?

I do have a taller face and head and slightly narrow but idk if it will matter much. When I’m like around one meter or less away from the mirror my facial height looks normal but when I go around 2-3 meters away it looks kind of elongated. Could this be the mirror or is my face actually just long? Do other people notice the exaggerated length if it is just long?

Dude legit same happena with me my face looks square and short in one and tall and narrow in another. I don't fucking know how I look like anymore

Does it look like that with all mirrors? does it look like that in all lightings? you're physical appearance also changes everyday depending if you are bloated, not hydrated, or don't have enough sleep. Might seem like a stretch but all these factors play into how you look.

Sorry for late reply it could be lighting angle but it looks the same in different mirrors at the same distance. I don’t have any other mirrors to compare long distance with but iy could be bloat
