Why does my hair smell like shit the days i dont wash it?

I know shampoo is not meant to be used everyday and I dont. I use it 1 time a week and the other days I use raw eggs. The days that I dont use raw eggs or shampoo so that my hair doesn't get damaged from a blow dryer my hair smells like curry sweat. Wtf
