All our hairs are different, the speed on which you produce sebum depends on your genetics and hormonal levels (cuz higher testosterone and DHT makes you produce more oil).

Aside from using a niacinamide serum on your scalp (or a shampoo with it included), there's very little you can do about that, unless you're willing to do something crazy like Accutane which I wouldn't recommend. The best you can do is just keep up with your hair's natural cycle, using a gentler shampoo, so your scalp doesn't feel overstripped and ironically decides it needs more oil faster, and trying to avoid shampooing your hair every single time if your hair gets dry because of all the shampoo.

Ideally you would only clean your scalp most of the time, only cleaning your hair when it is truly dirty and smells (or get it's about to, don't wait until the last possible second cuz it's a lil nasty n shit)
