why does my internal monologue always get me fired up?

i don’t just have normal thoughts about stuff all day. if i’m sitting somewhere even in public i can’t help but talk to myself and move my hands cause my internal monologue is so fast paced and i spit so many facts i get fired up.

same but sometimes I’ll interview myself about things that never happened for example I’ll ask myself about the inspiration behind the latest movie I directed or why I killed a woman, etc. things I never did
