I think because of the icd maybe

Cookie has slightly bad ipd but its his terrible icd that exaggerates and ruins it

You sure this is .46 from that picture?

Looks much lower tbh.
Bulbous nose tip.

Eyebrows, especially due to their strong contrast. Obviously, you need to shorten them, starting from the inside.

ICD seems less than 1-eye-apart.
Though, this could also be exaggerated by lens distortion.
