Why does my jaw look narrower after wisdom teeth removal?

the photo above is 2022 (before i had my 4 wisdom teeth removed)
the photo below is a few months ago (i was 60kg)
why does my jaw look narrower??

and after a while i gained weight now i am 65kg

2 pairs of photos below
the first photos are always before plucking ( around 54-58kg)
the bottom photos are always present (I'm 65kg now)
