Why does my midface ratio look 1 here?

Sometimes I take the occasional selfie where my midface ratio looks decent

In this one look at my ipd in relation to my midface. Looks normal. And my face has a more masculine look than usual.

This is even in selfie mode with supposed lens distortion

why does it look like this sometimes when my ratio really is around 0.9?
