It’s been doing that last few days idk why I’m mouthbreathing in my sleep

I can tell I’m mouthbreathing cuz my I feel my saliva when I wake up, or I could be wrong and I’m just doing it when I wake up

Because your a fucking mouth breather and that’s what your brain is used to so it makes you do it subconsciously in sleep
